Platformer Basics

Use arrow keys to move. At this stage I am pondering what is the correct prototypal chain we want. Box > Player > Platformer? Too early to tell. Maybe.

We can do some fairly cool stuff with the jump physics. Air resistance, various impulses, etc. The one thing I can't quite figure out yet is some kind of delay to stop "bunny-hopping".
